Pictures tell us stories! When we look at family pictures, we can learn a lot about people.

  • What are they doing? - Are they eating, playing, or celebrating?

Example 1: A Birthday Picture

Picture Description: A girl ๐Ÿ‘ง is blowing out candles on a cake. Her mom ๐Ÿ‘ฉ, dad ๐Ÿ‘จ, and brother ๐Ÿ‘ฆ stand behind her. They are all smiling. There are balloons.

What we can learn:

  • This family has 4 people: mom, dad, a girl, and a boy
  • They are celebrating a birthday

Example 2: A Grandparent Visit
