A weather chart helps us keep track of what the weather is like each day. We can use pictures to show different kinds of weather!
📊 What is a Weather Chart?
A weather chart is like a picture calendar for weather. Each day, you add a symbol to show what the weather was like.
- ☀️ = Sunny day
- ☁️ = Cloudy day
- 🌧️ = Rainy day
- ❄️ = Snowy day
- 💨 = Windy day

Reading a Weather Chart
Looking at the chart above, we can answer questions:
- How many sunny days? 2 days (Monday and Tuesday)
- Which day was rainy? Thursday
- Was there more sun or rain? More sun!

Example 1: Counting Weather Days
Look at this week's weather:

Question: How many sunny days were there?
Answer: Count the ☀️ symbols. There are 3 sunny days!
Example 2: Most Common Weather
Here is another week:

Question: What weather happened most?
Answer: Count each type: 🌧️ = 4, ☁️ = 1. Rainy happened most!
