Sentence Reading

Let's practice reading simple sentences! When we read sentences, we use capital letters and periods to help us understand where sentences start and stop.

How to Read a Sentence

Sentences Tell Us Things!

When we read a sentence, we find out something new. Every sentence has a beginning, a middle, and an end.

Remember: The capital letter tells us "Start here!" The period tells us "Stop here!"
