✏️ Air Writing

Practice writing letters in the air!

  1. Pick a letter you want to practice
  2. Hold your finger up like a pencil
  3. Write the letter BIG in the air
  4. Say the letter name as you write it
  5. Try it with your eyes closed!

🎨 Rainbow Writing

Write letters in rainbow colors!

  1. Write a letter with a red crayon
  2. Trace over it with orange
  3. Then yellow, green, blue, and purple
  4. You made a rainbow letter!

🏖️ Sand/Salt Writing

Write letters in something squishy!

  1. Put sand or salt in a tray
  2. Use your finger to write letters
  3. Shake to erase and try again
  4. Practice tricky letters this way!

📝 Word Building

Build words with letter cards!

  1. Write each letter on a small card
  2. Pick letters to build a word
  3. Put them in order: C-A-T
  4. Sound out your word!
  5. Build as many words as you can!
